Sussex Coast Handwriting Conference

A chance to explore evidence-based practice in the teaching of handwriting. This session is led by Pam Hulme, who chairs the Inset committee of the NHA and is passionate about the teaching of handwriting. Sessions will explore the rationale for the effective teaching of handwriting with reference to recent research, and appropriate progression of skills and how this can be matched to the national curriculum, and an overview of handwriting difficulties.
Located at Benfield Primary School, 255 Old Shoreham Road, BN41 1XS. This course is run by the Sussex Coast Teaching School Alliance and is open to those from alliance and non-alliance schools.
