NHA Twilight: Creating an enabling environment for handwriting practice in school and at home

Join Caroline McHugh, occupational therapist and vice-chair of the National Handwriting Association, for a practical session designed to empower educators, parents and caregivers with the tools, techniques and confidence to create nurturing spaces and environments that support children’s handwriting development.  This remote session will explore how to build an enabling environment that is stimulating, inclusive, and tailored to children’s individual learning styles.  You will leave the session with a toolkit of engaging strategies to promote children’s handwriting development and motivation to practice.
