How do I renew my membership?
If you purchased an annual membership plan, this will automatically renew after one year using the payment card details you supplied previously. If your membership was created with a different method then you may need to renew manually. View membership plans.
My payment card has expired. How do I update it?

Cancelling membership online
Membership supports our charity, and we will be sad to see you go. However, if you wish to cancel an annual Individual or Institution subscription plan, you can do this online without having to contact us directly or give a reason for cancelling.
If you purchased an annual membership plan subscription using a payment card you can cancel or simply turn off auto-renew in the subscriptions area. You will continue to have membership and receive discounts and other member benefits up to the end of your current plan year.
If you do not have an annual subscription plan (i.e. your membership was created manually or on our old system), you can cancel using the Cancel button in the membership status area. However, please note that cancelling a manual membership (rather than cancelling an annual subscription) will cancel membership immediately, and you will immediately lose member benefits such as discounts.
